Breakfast Tacos aka tacos for breakfast or lunch or dinner!
I stopped at Market Street's little drive-in grocery in Coppell this morning on the way to work, and grabbed one of their delicious pre-made and wrapped in foil breakfast tacos w/egg, cheese and sausage (hot suace is on the side is mild at best).
I have a good friend that travels alot for business, and he tipped me to these particular tacos; but recently he has promoted the breakfast tacos at Irma's Southwest Grill in Houston AND the same at the Speedy Stop Gas Station in Coppell at Moore and Sandy Lake. If you make it to Irma's try the breakfast tacos and the lemonade (please note: Irma's SW Grill is only open for breakfast and lunch and before Houston Astros games)!
I hear that the "breakfast" tacos at Fuel City in Dallas along the Trinity River basin are good too.
Of course taco stands and taco trailers are all the new rage hear in DFW and elsewhere across Texas.
I suggest Torchy's (the trashy trailer park is very good); Rusty Taco; and Rasta Tacos in Austin.
